Komei Hotel is right beside Honjo-Azumabashi Station (本所吾妻橋), station A-19 on the Toei Asakusa Line. That one detail shapes your whole trip.
The Toei Asakusa Line through-runs with the Keikyu Line (to Haneda) and the Keisei Line (to Narita), so you can ride from either airport toward Asakusa on a single train — often with no transfer at all. And once you are based here, Asakusa is one stop to the west and Tokyo Skytree (Oshiage) is one stop to the east.
In short: one line links your front door to both airports, Asakusa, Skytree, Nihonbashi and Ginza — frequently without a single transfer.
From either Haneda terminal, board a Keikyu Airport Line train that through-runs onto the Toei Asakusa Line (bound for Oshiage / Narita). It reaches Asakusa in about 35–45 minutes for roughly ¥610–650 with an IC card, with no transfer. Trains come about every 10 minutes.
One thing worth knowing: the fastest service — the Airport Ltd. Express (エアポート快特) — skips Honjo-Azumabashi and stops only at Asakusa and Oshiage. To come straight to our station, board an Airport Express (エアポート急行) or Rapid Ltd. Express (快特) instead. If you do end up on the Airport Ltd. Express, simply get off at Asakusa — Honjo-Azumabashi is one local stop back, or about a 10-minute walk to us.
The Airport Limousine coach to the Asakusa area (Asakusa View Hotel stop) takes about 65–85 minutes for around ¥1,300. You stay seated with your suitcases stowed underneath — nice with heavy bags — but it is slower and less frequent than the train, and depends on traffic.
The Keisei Access Express (アクセス特急) through-runs onto the Toei Asakusa Line and reaches Asakusa in about 65–80 minutes for roughly ¥1,290, with no limited-express surcharge. Many departures continue straight through to Asakusa and Honjo-Azumabashi; on a few you make a quick same-direction change at Oshiage (push across the platform).
The Skyliner races to Nippori / Ueno in about 41 minutes with reserved seats and luggage racks (around ¥2,570), then you change to a local train for Asakusa. It is the quickest and most comfortable ride into town, but it does not run directly to Asakusa.
The Airport Limousine coach to the Asakusa area runs about 100–120 minutes for around ¥3,100 — the easiest with lots of luggage, but the slowest option.
Rule of thumb: Access Express for value and no transfers, Skyliner for speed and a guaranteed seat, and the bus if you would rather not touch your suitcases.
