- 返金時の決済手数料・送金手数料はお客様負担となります。Payment processing and remittance fees for refunds are borne by the guest.
- 無断キャンセル（No-show）は返金いたしません。No-shows are non-refundable.
- 天災・運営者都合による中止の場合は全額返金いたします。Full refund in case of natural disasters or operator-side cancellation.
3. ハウスルール 3. House Rules
- チェックイン: 16:00 / チェックアウト: 10:00Check-in: 16:00 / Check-out: 10:00
- 最低3泊以上のご予約となります。Minimum stay: 3 nights.
- 屋内は全面禁煙です（喫煙発覚時はクリーニング費5万円を申し受けます）。Strictly no smoking indoors (¥50,000 cleaning fee if violated).
- 深夜22時以降は近隣にご配慮いただき、お静かにお過ごしください。Quiet hours after 22:00 out of consideration for neighbors.
- パーティー・イベント目的の利用は固くお断りします。Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
- ペットの同伴は不可です。No pets allowed.
- 宿泊登録者以外の方の宿泊・立ち入りはできません。Only registered guests may stay or enter.
- ゴミは指定の方法で分別してお出しください。Please sort and dispose of waste as instructed.
4. 個人情報の取扱い 4. Privacy Policy
当社は旅館業法第6条に基づき、宿泊者名簿（氏名・住所・職業・宿泊日・国籍・パスポート番号）を3年間保存いたします。In accordance with Article 6 of the Inn Business Act, we retain guest registry data (name, address, occupation, dates, nationality, passport number) for 3 years.
取得した個人情報は、ご予約・宿泊の管理、法令に基づく行政機関への提出、緊急時のご連絡以外には使用しません。Personal data is used solely for reservation management, legally required submissions to authorities, and emergency contact.
決済情報はStripe Inc.のサーバーで処理され、当社では保持しません。Payment information is processed by Stripe Inc. and not stored on our servers.
パスポート画像はGoogle Driveの限定公開フォルダに保管し、保存期間経過後に削除いたします。Passport images are stored in a private Google Drive folder and deleted after the retention period.
5. 免責事項 5. Disclaimer
- 館内での盗難・紛失について、当社は責任を負いかねます。We are not responsible for theft or loss within the premises.
- 天災・交通機関の遅延等による到着不可・遅延については、原則として返金いたしません。Late or missed arrivals due to natural disasters or transport delays are not refundable.
- ハウスルール違反による退去の場合、宿泊料金の返金はいたしません。No refund in case of eviction due to house rule violation.
